International Sponsorship

Isagenix is open in 26 countries across the world and as we continue to grow, we want you to grow with us! Building your business across the globe brings endless possibilities.

Ask any Isagenix Associate who is building internationally about how it has impacted them, and they’ll tell you how it transformed their business. A world of opportunity awaits when you build local, grow global – there are so many people just waiting to discover Isagenix, and it’s up to you to introduce them! But first you need International Sponsorship…

What is International Sponsorship?

Similar to when you open an account and agree to the Isagenix policies and procedures in your home market, International Sponsorship acknowledges that you agree to the terms and conditions for all Isagenix markets.

Having International Sponsorship allows you to:

Share Isagenix in other regions.
Build an international business.
Gain access to tools, training and valuable resources.

The annual fee is £39/€45 plus tax and covers all regions.

How can I get International Sponsorship?

Simply log in to your Back Office, click on the ‘Orders’ tab, and select ‘International Sponsorship.’

What are the Isagenix Regions?

There are five key regions in Isagenix. If you purchase International Sponsorship you can earn group volume generated by Associates who live outside your home region.

Local/OTG & NFR

When sharing Isagenix throughout Europe it’s important to comply with international commerce guidelines, laws, customs and best practices.

Two terms that relate to product sales internationally within the European market are “On The Ground” or “Local” (OTG) and “Not for Resale” (NFR). International regulators have created these terms to help establish how products are sold in a country, and for what purpose. So, in some countries, Isagenix Customers and Associates who are shopping for a product have two options: buying NFR or OTG.

The product selection and price for each method of buying may vary per country depending on the individual international regulatory guidelines. Please refer to price lists in your Back Office for the most up to date prices for NFR and OTG.

If you are an Associate in a country that offers both OTG and NFR products, you will have access to both catalogues in your Back Office. As such, when you place orders in each different catalogue (either OTG or NFR) they will be treated as separate orders and will attract shipping charges on both.

What is the difference between OTG and NFR?

On the Ground or Local (OTG)

An OTG product purchase may also be referred as an “on the ground”, “local purchase”, or “shipped from a local warehouse”. A product purchased on an OTG basis is purchased in either GBP or Euro with local taxes applied.

OTG products have been reviewed for compliance in each individual market, imported, passed through customs and then sent to the local market warehouse (Venlo, Netherlands). The product selection that is available on an OTG basis may vary slightly from products sold on an NFR basis, and availability is limited to local residents.

Example: Mary is a successful Associate and loves to distribute the Isagenix products through her personal network, but also through her gyms and health clubs. This is fantastic! Mary can sell the Isagenix products via her replicated website, the IsaLife App, by using her Back Office or by selling them in a retail environment through her gym and health club networks.

Not for Resale (NFR)

An NFR product purchase may also be referred to as a “not for resale”, “international order” or “shipped from an international warehouse” purchase. A product purchased on an NFR basis is intended for

personal consumption and not be resold after purchased. The entire line of European Isagenix products is available through this model in our newly opened markets (Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland). All products have been reviewed for compliance and imported as per European rules and regulations.

Which European countries is Isagenix open in?

From 5PM(BST)/6PM(CEST) on 13 July 2020, Isagenix will be open 16 countries across Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain (incl. Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
