After being inspired by her friend’s results on social media, Monique Raap joined the IsaBody Challenge as a way to lose weight for health reasons. Sixteen weeks later, she’s an Honourable Mention and 36kg lighter!  

Cristina Schmitz lost 16kg in just sixteen weeks and had such a good experience that she immediately signed up to another challenge!
