Meet Our 2018 Field Advisory Board Europe

The Field Advisory Board is comprised of top Isagenix business leaders from all across Europe.
The FAB Europe will collaborate with the Isagenix Corporate team to come up with strategies to increase enrolments, assist with leadership development, improve retention, and increase company growth. Because of their valuable connections with the field, they will give us insight and recommendations and help us make critical decisions.

Brett Davis
Brett and his wife Samantha began their Isagenix journey back in 2013 and had a burning desire to change their lives. They built their Isagenix business fast and went on to becoming Isagenix Millionaires* in under 2 years. As busy parents of five children they know what it takes to build an Isagenix business in the pockets of their life. Brett and Samantha are passionate about helping others experience the same success they’ve had.
Helen Koi
With over 20 years’ experience in management and business development and 15 years in the anti-ageing industry, Helen brings a passion for helping others grow their businesses with Isagenix. Two years ago, she was able to help her husband retire through her work building her Isagenix business. Helen considers herself a citizen of the world, having lived and worked in over eight countries and travelled to many more.
Carly Hewitt
Carly came across Isagenix four years ago whilst working as a successful personal trainer in Australia. After attending her first event she caught the vision and got to work. She has enrolled over 360 people and has won several prestigious awards; including the Presidents Quest Award as well having been named one of the Women of Isagenix 2017. Carly is mum to gorgeous Isababy Charlie Ray and happy wife of Steve Pater. Her mission is to help bring Isagenix to the top, in the UK and throughout Europe helping people live a better life…. the IsaLife!
Ian Smith
Ian has an Honours degree from Cass Business School, London. In 1995, after university Ian founded the UK’s largest online, fully organic home delivered supermarket. Later he owned an organic farm and food processing facility with his wife Sue. Ian has been actively involved in network marketing since 2012. He has supported different business building teams through his own business training programmes and has also helped new network marketing companies design their business models and compensation plans. Ian and his wife Sue, joined Isagenix in May 2017 when the company launched in the UK. They quickly became Crystal Executives and members of the UK Founders Club. Ian shares the Isagenix global corporate vision and is equally as passionate about the roll out of Isagenix across Europe. Ian and Sue moved to Spain in 2016 and travel extensively, building their business with only their iPhones!
Emma Poli
After four years in the Network Marketing industry, Emma Poli found isagenix in January 2017 and Joined in the pre-launch stages. Emma got to work straight away, and on Day 4 of the UK Market opening she hit the position of 4-Star Crystal Executive. Since then she’s won four awards: Shooting Star, 2nd Top Enroller, 3rd Top Income Earner and 4th Place In creating consultants, as well as achieving enough in business to win 2 IsaRally trips. She was recently chosen as a keynote speaker at the UK’s first ever ISAU event. Her main motivations are supporting her family; husband Cameron and daughter Jade who’s 17.
Lara Hall-Bryce
Lara is the youngest member of the FAB, this enables her to bring excitement, ambition and passion to the table. She spent most of her childhood and early teens in a wheelchair which is why she is so passionate about staying active and helping others to do the same. She has also recently become a qualified Personal Trainer. Lara shares her Isagenix business with her husband Mark and together they have firmly achieved the position of UK Top Enroller, and in just 9 months since the UK launch they have enrolled almost 200 people to Isagenix. When Lara and Mark first created their team, the company was very young in the UK so they didn’t have any mentors to look up to and very few people knew about the brand. Their team quickly grew as a result of their own recruitment. They demonstrate that, with passion and dedication, anyone can grow a successful Isagenix business and become a top income earner. They intend on helping as many people as possible improve their financial and physical health. Lara is also very excited about the START movement and keen to help this develop in the UK. Her approach to business falls under the millennial style, using social media as their main sales, communications and marketing tool.
