What’s inside an IsaLean Shake?
We know it can be time consuming to meal prep, and it can be overwhelming when people start talking about macros and micros, so we’ve taken the guesswork out of healthy eating! IsaLean Shake is a nutritionally complete meal, that contains just the right balance of macros – meaning proteins, carbohydrates and fats (the healthy kind) – and you’ll also find 23 vitamins and minerals in each serving, also known as micronutrients.
It’s healthy, delicious and wrapped up in 240 calories – you can’t say that for most meals that are ready in seconds!
What ingredients do we use?
We’re different to the others. We’re all about using ingredients that are close to nature, and of the highest quality, without using artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. One example is the whey-protein we use in our shakes, which comes from grass-fed cows that are treated well, allowed to graze naturally and aren’t treated with hormones or routine antibiotics.
How to use IsaLean Shake depending on your goals
If your goal is to lose weight, you’ll be having one well-balanced meal and replace the other two meals with an IsaLean™ Shake. If you’ve already reached your goal and still want to reap the benefits of the shake, you replace one meal a day with IsaLean Shake – it makes an amazing breakfast on the go!
If you just want to feel great and fill in the nutritional gaps, then you might have 1-2 shakes a day in addition to your healthy, wholesome meals.
Gusset bags and individual sachets
We now have two different packaging options. You can order our three IsaLean Shake flavours (Whey Based) in a large bag, or as individual sachets. The bags are cheaper, so they are a great option if you have your shakes at home or at work, and you can keep the sachets for when you’re on the go!
If you have Autoship, you will need to change your preference in the Back Office to receive the Shake bags.
