What better way to get your IsaBody Challenge questions answered, than by asking someone who has completed it themselves? They have been where you are – ready to get started – and gone onto not only achieve amazing results, but to help others do the same!

Meet Tami Shervey. You might recognise her from onstage at the UK’s Grand Opening event, where she inspired the crowd to set themselves the challenge and get moving towards their goals. As IsaBody Grand Prize Winner 2013 and an Isagenix Millionaire, she’s the perfect person to tell you what to expect and share her tips of how she achieved success.

Tell us about your life before the IsaBody Challenge.

“My life didn’t look like so great five years ago. I was physically, financially and emotionally bankrupt. I had tried everything before but couldn’t succeed in losing weight.”

How did you discover Isagenix?

“My aunt Nikki introduced me to Isagenix. She told me the products were super effective and could help me. I lost a total of 7 stone and gained 1 stone of muscle mass. I didn’t join Isagenix for the business at all – I was just interested in the products. I was a consumer for 18 months before starting the business.”

When did you first hear about the IsaBody Challenge?

“My aunt won a trip to Celebration and she took me with her. On the last day, she heard about the IsaBody Challenge and became interested. I was in a very bad financial situation and it was the financial element of the Grand Prize Winner which motivated me. I needed this money so much, and it changed my life. I didn’t want just to take the products – I wanted to win!”

What is your top IsaBody tip?

“Consistency. It’s so important to stay consistent during the Challenge. For example, I didn’t like doing the Cleanse Days*, but knowing it was for just 16 weeks helped me to stick to the programme. I liked the results more than I liked my excuses!”

As a Grand Prize Winner, what advice would you give to those just starting their IsaBody Challenge?

“Be clear on your ‘why’ and create a vision board of what you want to achieve that you can look at every morning. Keep moving! It’s 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, and while Isagenix will take care of the nutrition, you also need to make sure you do the 20% with workouts. And finally, celebrate any small achievement!”

How do you use the IsaBody Challenge as a business tool?

“A good way to motivate people to sign up to the Challenge is by sharing your results to inspire them. Accountability is the key to succeeding, so make them accountable and do the IsaBody Challenge together. The products work well, so who are you to not share them with others? The Grand Prize money could change someone’s life.”

What is your morning routine? 

“I usually wake up at 5am and take time to listen to a motivational podcast. Then I do a 20-minute cardio workout.”
