Maud van der Putten had been aware of Isagenix for a while, thanks to Facebook. She was impressed with the results she saw for other customers and decided to take the plunge and begin the IsaBody Challenge. She’s amazed by her results, as she lost an incredible 8kg.
Maud says it took a little while to for the Isagenix programme to click into place, but now it has, there’s no stopping her.
“At first, I found it quite difficult to get clear exactly how it worked. But I must say it’s actually quite easy. All beginnings take some getting used to, of course, but I thought it would be harder than it actually was.
I often vary the smoothies with fruit and nuts and love them! Slowly, I lost some kilos. When I dropped below 70kg, I was really happy. It had been quite a while since I weighed below 70. I now weigh 67 kilos. I’m super happy with that, of course.”
One of the huge benefits of the Isagenix system is that it is all about balance. Maud says she’s thrilled with her results as she lost so much weight, even when living her normal life and enjoying herself.
“I honestly didn’t expect this result in such a short time, partly because I am not always very strict. I sometimes eat a pizza for dinner or have some treats. What I really like is that my weight remains stable.”
Maud tells us the Isagenix snacks have made a big difference for her, as well as eating more healthily for her evening meals.
“My favourite products are Snack Bites and Harvest Thins sweet chilli ‘chips’. I now eat a lot more fruit and vegetables including mixing them into my shakes, and in the evening.”
So, would Maud recommend taking part in the next Isagenix Challenge?
“Yes, you should, it’s fun. My top tip is to not think too hard about it, because it’s easier than it looks.”
So, what’s next for Maud?
“I will continue taking Isagenix, because with the current results I believe I could even weigh around 60 kilos again, like I used to. I am super fit and have a lot of energy. I can really attribute that to the products. I am a very satisfied customer!”
