“I decided to sign up for an IsaBody Challenge® because I wanted to improve my general health and be an example to my team. I still have a long way to go, but thanks to our products, it no longer feels impossible.
I had entered two IsaBody Challenges in the past but never finished them. I’m so happy I completed this one. The decision came after attending the Master Your Mindset event in Antwerp and hearing the stories of my colleagues. I said to myself ‘No more excuses, it’s time to change!’
I started with a lot of enthusiasm but after a few weeks I was under stress at work, and it wasn’t easy. I am working full-time, and it can be hard to eat regular meals, so our strawberry flavour IsaLean™Shake and e-Shots™ are perfect. Snack Bites have saved me so many times.
