Plan a Plant-Based Shake Day
On Shake Days you’ll replace two conventional meals with an IsaLean Shake Plant-Based, and then plan one healthy 400-600 calorie meal. You’ll also plan up to two snacks, one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon. Isagenix has a variety of snack options to suit dairy-free diets:

We recommend at least two shake days before a Cleanse Day, to ensure your body has good nutrition for your Cleanse Day.
Customise a Plant-Based Cleanse Day*
