  • Photo Tutorial

Once you’ve decided to sign up for the Challenge, one of the first things you need to do is take your ‘before’ photo with any print Newspaper, from the day you take your photos and JOIN. The date of the front of the Newspaper will help us validate your photos. You can find the do’s and don’ts on how to take each of your four ‘before’ photos here.

  • Measurement Tips

In order to track your success, you need to know where you started! Along with weight, measurements are another way to see your progress, and can sometimes be even better – for example if you’re looking to build more muscle rather than lose weight. Taking your measurements accurately is key to knowing what you’ve achieved over the 16 weeks. To help you, we’ve put together a quick guide on how to take your measurements.

  • IsaBody Look Book

Be inspired by the amazing transformations that other IsaBody participants have achieved. The Look Book, available in the IsaTools App is a great way to share with others how the IsaBody Challenge can help anyone to make their goal a reality, whether their chosen solution is Weight Management or Energy & Performance. And who knows? You might even be featured in the book some day!
