Take your shake to the next level by turning it into a smoothie bowl! This recipe adds texture, colour, and plenty of fresh fruit goodness.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop IsaLean® Shake (Vanilla)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- Toppings: Fresh berries, chia seeds, granola, coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Blend the IsaLean Shake, frozen banana, mixed berries, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.

- 1 scoop IsaLean Shake (Chocolate)

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the IsaLean Shake powder, rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey.
- Mix until everything is well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but hold together when pressed.
